Pick Up The Phone
When I was working in a joint venture with Broadcast.com, I got to work a little bit with Tim Sanders – author of “Love is the Killer App” and “The Likeability Factor“. Tim is a special person. If you get a chance to hear him in person you will be blown away – if not, you should definitely pick up his books.
Anyway, he wrote a blog a couple weeks ago that is common sense but is often ignored. When you know a client or customer has a negative experience pick up the phone and talk to them. It is so easy and can improve your client relationship or even avoid losing business.
